KEITH® WALKING FLOOR® systems unload nearly any material. Trailers unload in minutes and provide the advantage of unloading indoors and on uneven ground, making them ideal for both the MRF and landfill environment. Designed for use in many heavy-duty applications, the 18-Slat system is the newest in the V-Floor® product line. The aluminum, flat-topped slat is ideal for materials that are too demanding on a standard slat, but don’t require the ruggedness of a steel V-Floor slat. No floor seal is required and it has superior leak resistance. WALKING FLOOR systems handle waste and recycling products, wood chips, biomass, construction demolition and debris, scrap, aggregate, as well as drums, pallets and bales. The system’s versatility makes it ideal for backhauling.
In addition to being installed in trailers, WALKING FLOOR unloaders are integrated into bulk handling systems as receiving, storage and metering bins. These are used for recycling and waste-to-energy applications.
Bin systems are suitable for storing, moving and metering a variety of materials. Unlike other systems, increased power at startup is not required. Systems are custom engineered, with virtually unlimited dimensions and weight restrictions. Low in maintenance, systems are ideal for handling difficult materials. Systems also easily combine with existing equipment for maximum efficiency.
