The IJIS Institute provides Federal grant-funded technical training for state,local and tribal agencies. The primary offering is training for National Information Exchange Model(NIEM)program implementers. Courses are delivered in either a regional format or as requested by an agency. The courses are funded through grants provided by the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Other project related courses are available.
